Duty-Honor-Sacrifice are the fundamental beliefs that are inherent in all those that serve the public. The 3-Blue Lines (3BL) has been created to represent and honor those inherent good and intrinsic values displayed by those who serve. Past Present and Fallen.

The 3-Blue Lines Ribbon represents officers all over the world, the courage they find deep inside when faced with insurmountable odds. The Black background is a reminder of all our fallen brother and sister officers. The Blue Line is what all law enforcement officers protect. Finally the Rose and Green stem is life giving, the Blue in the Rose shows Duty and Honor. The Red shows Sacrifice and Valor.
